Ward's - Hattiesburg

The biscuits are significantly improved compared to previous years. They're fluffy and taste wonderfully homemade. I might even venture to say they're better than Hardee's!

When they get your order right, the food is quite good. However, you can tell that the morning staff isn't particularly enthusiastic about being there. The person in the drive-thru seems to struggle with the speaker system, and they’re generally not very friendly—even if you say thank you, they just stare at you.

The drive-thru was chaotic, and there was a noticeable shortage of staff, as it took nearly 10 minutes for someone to attend to me in the restaurant. The food arrived shortly after, but the biscuits were undercooked while the sausage was tasty. Overall, I'll likely look for breakfast options elsewhere.

If you know, you know. This place stands on its on. Food delicious as always, fries were hot and fresh. If I could eat here everyday I would. Wish they had one closer. I do make it my business to stop and grab a bite if I see one. If you haven't triedit please do.

I recently spent two weeks in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and I couldn't help but notice the incredible billboards for this restaurant. They had a nostalgic WWII bomber artwork vibe, reminiscent of pinup style. On my last day in Hattiesburg, I decided to stop by and see what all the fuss was about. When I asked the cashier if they really served the best fries, she didn't seem very convinced. I ordered a hamburger and fries. Both were fine, but I wouldn’t say the fries were anything special. If these are considered the best, then the restaurants in Hattiesburg definitely need to step up their game.
