Pizza Hut - Hattiesburg

I waited an hour and a half only to be informed that they messed up my order and had run out of the toppings, so they couldn’t make it right. This is the most disorganized pizza place I’ve ever encountered (having worked as a supplier, I know how pizza shops should operate). I asked about my order three separate times and only on the third inquiry was I told that it was messed up, with no chance of a remake. I don’t typically order from places like this, but after this experience, I’ll definitely think twice before returning.

I ordered my pizza at 7 PM, but it didn’t arrive until 9:30 PM, despite making several calls to the restaurant. I plan to share this experience widely so that no one else uses this pizza place. Their only excuse was that they were busy, and they charged full price for cold pizzas. By the time the food arrived, my guests had already left.

The new pizza melts weren’t as loaded as advertised; they were a bit on the thin side, both in terms of cheese and the toppings.

This is ridiculous! Seriously I didn’t order broken wings nor do I appreciate paying for them. Does this even look appetizing or appealing in the least?

If I could just write a review I wouldn’t give them one star at all… So I ordered online at 5:15 it said my order would be ready at 5:55 get to the restaurant at 6:00 wait 10 mins at the front counter while the only lady working in the Pizza Hut gets done with her duties taking her precious time no hurry what so ever 6 people standing waiting but take your time…. Finally come up ask the name on my order then said oh it ain’t even been made yet!!! Just ridiculous over an hour total for a pizza just cancel it…… Talking bout she working by herself I said that’s fine tell ur online machine that could it doesn’t know like y still be taking online orders if your there alone!!!!!
