Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe have eaten several times in our local bww, in which we have no problems. we live ~15 min by bww. when we came home, we realized that half of our order was missing. ironic, because bww has gone through the effort, the sticker that the order was checked by someone (left blank obvious) to ensure that all items are included as ordered. instead of going back there, I thought I'd call her. I sat 14 min 43 sec before switching off. I've never spoken to anyone in the restaurant. moral of history they always check their departure order and never call the restaurant. not worth it.
I had not been there in a long time but wanted to take my grandson for his first time. We ordered boneless wings with buffalo dry rub for an appetizer which were very good. Then my grandson who's seven ordered chicken strips. You should have seen the face he made when he took his first bite. He was disgusted. Then my daughter and I both tasted them. They were very undercooked and had an old taste. We told the server and she took them away. I asked her not to bring another order, but that was it. No apology, no manager. At least she didn't charge us for them. My daughter and I ordered the steak tacos. Very oily and the Parmesan cheese caused an unappetizing smell. Won't be back.
I love ordering 80 dollars worth of food and all 4 orders be messed up. The waitress (Britini) brought out our order, but never came back to check to see if our food was good. So we were forced to eat food we did not order.After she brought us the ticket I told her what was wrong and she asked me what did I want her to do about it. When we complained to the manager he just said that she had some things going on… well it wasn’t at our table. Trust me I have had a lot better service for way less. It was not her fault they the kitchen staff messed up the orders, but it is her fault for not seeing if we got what we ordered.
This place has the rudest managers and watiers ever. They have bad nasty attitudes and cannot handle large crowds. They did not give me all of my food that I ordered. Lucky they didn't have two people that were willing to help with getting my order situated. If I could give a no stars that's just what I would do. I asked for a manager as well as the managers names and they refused to give it to me. I called the cooperate office where it was said that the general manager would be reaching out to me and as of today I still haven't heard anything from these unprofessional people. I refuse to ever go back to this establishment to spend a penny there.
Worst experience ever. First, the food was terrible. My Nashville hot chicken sandwich was a piece of breaded chicken out of a bag with what seemed to be Frank's red hot sauce and a lot of ranch. And I mean it was drenched and not very appealing. (See pic Maybe they should go to Nashville and try a real Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich at Hattie B's. My wife had a pulled pork sandwich and it tasted like vinegar instead of barbecue. Same with the coleslaw. The waitress only brought one set of silverware. I had to find her to ask for another set Then they overcharged us because the waitress said we had a side order to choose from and it came with our meals. At the end she showed a slight attitude. Well, never again.
