Przekaż informację zwrotnąAlmost all of the carts had broken child safety lock belts or were completely missing them all together, some even had exposed rust and broken handles and sharp pieces sticking out. It took an employee three tries going out into the parking lot to find me a cart to put my baby in that had a working safety lock. Please invest in all new carts especially with working child safety belts. I won’t return for awhile until this is resolved.
Staff is always kind and extremely helpful at night when I go. The store is immaculate. Only issue is I have to call ahead to see if they have strawberries sometimes. Lol sometimes their produce runs out. Tonight they didn't have blueberries but I'm sure they stock back up in the morning.
It’s just ok, the produce is really hit or miss and too many times it spoils within a day or two. They also consistently lack products that they show on the website/app, I don’t mean out of stock but they don’t even have spots for them on the shelf
Normally don’t post negative reviews but this warranted it. Moved in this area about 9 months ago from NJ. We had a few ShopRite stores within shopping distance and all were very good. Moving to the Hatfield store and now shopping here, a complete opposite. Stores a bit run down and lacking variety. But what has prompted me to now shop here as little as possible is the deli section. Whether buying pre-cut deli or ordering from counter, in most cases the cuts are horrible. Hard to separate with meats or cheeses crumbled, uneven or half cuts. Spoke to store manager and didn’t seem to think it was an issue or care. I’ve had enough and will be doing very little shopping there.
Did an online order, checked in when I arrived. After 30 minutes I called the store tell them I was waiting. Nobody came, after waiting another 20 minutes I had to go in to the store.
