Dunkin' - Hatfield

The staff inside the restaurant completely ignored the customers. It was honestly the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. I had to leave because I didn't have time to wait that long.

All people are good and service is awesome so Ī definitely suggest to go in these Dunkin

I came here twice messed up my order both times she even repeated the order. Will be going to a different location.

Customer service lacking! Had to order thru kiosk but then still had to get them to fill it by asking. And when they don't have what the kiosk says they do, they just give you whatever.

Nasty, rude manager both times I have visited. My most recent visit she was yelling at a woman, talking down to her and getting aggressive primarily because English wasn’t the woman’s first language. Previous visit the staff was behind on orders and the manager was embarrassing an employee in front of staff and customers. I will not return to this location ever. No one should have to work with this manager. I tried to send a review to Dunkin but the code kept saying I visited somewhere in Fla.
