We went twice for this restaurant, loved their mango salad I went second times for their mango salad , the best for me. Grilled chicken is nice, sausages quite unique, omelette is nice but abit oily, tomyam is so so for us. The portion is huge. Need to go early if not the shop will close once sold out. If you don’t want to queue then better go around 11am. We had lunch here twice back to back . Loved the ambiance. Food was authentic. The kids loved it too. We tried both types of Tom Yam (red -seafood clear-pork) with a choice in spiciness (less,medium or spicy) ,It was excellent but I would advise to go for seafood instead of pork because, the prawns adds flavour to the tom yam. The roast chicken was well marinated and moist. Sausages were excellent. Roast pork was slightly crispy. Minced pork with basil was not over spiced. Omelet was good. Fried rice did not have the char wok Fried flavour. The space has an old school feel. The front part is where the food is prepared, and seats are in the middle section of the restaurant. It's an open space so you get lots of natural lighting around. The boss can speak English and recommended some of the items to try. We were only 2 pax so we only limited to what we could eat and even then it felt like too much. They a variety of sausages with distinct tastes between each of them. And I particularly liked the grilled chicken which I though was done really well, the chicken was marinated well and had a nice char with the sauce to pair with. The coconut nectar drink was refreshing, like a hint of coconut and pandan mixed together. Price is reasonable, and would be a good large group option as you can try a larger variety of food to share.
