Farmyard - Hastings

We dine as much for the atmosphere as for the food, and in this case, the dining experience is truly exceptional. I personally feel that the ambiance is a bit lacking, but that’s just my opinion, and I will take more time to reflect on that before making a final judgment. Overall, the restaurant has an intimate vibe, making it a great choice for a date. I highly recommend it, especially since most dishes are meant to be shared.

Unfortunately, I don’t often write reviews, but my experience at Farmyard left such a strong impression on me that I felt compelled to share how much I enjoyed dining there. The restaurant has a casual yet cozy atmosphere, while still maintaining a refined feel. My partner and I initially intended to just have a light dinner and share a bottle of wine, but the food was so incredible that we ended up ordering more. The menu featured seasonal English dishes made with many local ingredients, but with a delightful Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influence that made everything taste amazing. The service was also excellent—relaxed, attentive, and warm. Bravo! We will definitely be coming back.

This place has made me consider visiting St. Leonards-on-Sea! It's rustic and cozy, with brick walls and wooden accents. They use local ingredients, offer a great selection of natural wines, and the food is excellent! What a wonderful experience! From the cloth napkins to the impressive wine list and a menu designed for sharing, everything was delightful. I was thoroughly impressed! We can’t wait to enjoy another meal here!

Amazing eating! very recommend the roasted carrot salad with this amazing feta cheese. really tasty, they can really taste the taste of fresh agricultural ingredients and not over expensive.
