I order a small mocha and it tasted like hot milk I payed $4 and the staff member gave me a left over from a customer it was only a little bit coffee
I went to buy ice cream with my husband last night and ended up spending over $18. The guy with red-blonde hair took our money and made us wait about 10 minutes while he served other customers. When he finally came back to ask for our flavor, he gave us a ridiculously small amount of ice cream. The scoop we paid $5.90 for was only the size of a golf ball. It was really disappointing. Don't waste your money!
Generally, this place is quite good, but I encountered an issue at 5:30 AM on Saturday. Their hours indicated they opened at 5 AM, but when I arrived, it was closed. My fuel tank was almost empty, and I needed to get to work in Ballina. The nearest petrol stations were either in Brunswick (which is 24 hours) or Tyagarah, but my car wouldn't have been able to make it that far. It was a very stressful situation.
Today, diesel is priced at $2.29 at the service station, while it’s only $1.99 in Tweed Heads! This price difference is absolutely unjustifiable. I live just five minutes away, and I won't be using this petrol station anymore. I'll be sure to let others know that they are taking advantage of the locals!
