Napoli's - Hastings

The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely.

The dining experience is always outstanding, but I've had some disappointing encounters with a few of the waitstaff. Some of them come across as rude and seem irritated when I ask for assistance or point out a mistake they've made. On the other hand, there are some fantastic waiters, one of whom even helped me discover my new favorite wine. Unfortunately, a few rude staff members tarnish the overall experience. However, don't let this detract from my praise of the incredible food—it truly is amazing!

Initially, I placed a late delivery order and I really appreciated the gentleman who picked it up for me. I ordered the Spaghetti Haha, which I normally don't do, but this time it exceeded my expectations. The sauce was delicious and the noodles were cooked to perfection. It was truly outstanding! Additionally, the vegetable beef soup was the best I’ve ever had. A big thank you to the gentleman who delivered—it was a fantastic experience!

Had lunch here with three other people. I had a shrimp ravioli. The pasta was wonderful and the sauce lovely, but the shrimp was slightly overcooked (it was rubbery). My hard drive was at $18. Although the food was quite good and I would like to eat there again, I believe that their prices for the business are probably too high to stay in Hastings in the long term.

Exceptional food. I've never had a bad experience with the servers. The owners or their family members generally stop by our table to make sure that all is satisfactory. The prices are reasonable considering the quality, quantity and upscale environment.
