Everything my husband I have tried has been delicious! They have great breakfast! The migas breakfast quesadilla are amazing! Great food service everytime we go!
The gravy is also homemade and rich, made with bacon fat, and is spot on. They even serve sausage gravy with the cookies! I've been here three times: twice for the chicken-fried steak and eggs, and once for the meatloaf. The meatloaf was really good too—it’s not the traditional kind topped with tomato sauce, but instead, it comes with a delicious gravy made with bacon, onions, and peppers mixed right into the meat. Chef Curtis James has quickly become my favorite chef in the area. He genuinely cares for his customers, always checking in to see if everyone enjoys their meal. I saw him go out of his way to accommodate a customer who had a small complaint. I've been disappointed by other places that have chefs simply lending their names or who have chefs that serve pre-packaged gravy. Restaurants like Chef's Pointe, Chef Blythe's Southern Bistro, and Horseshoe Hill fall into that category. But I can’t thank Chef Curtis James and his staff enough for the incredible food and dining experience!
Oh my gosh, absolutely YES!!!! The fried chicken steak is incredible! It's so tender that you won't even need a knife. The portions are fantastic as well! Thank you, Dianna!!! You were an amazing server! We can't wait to visit again soon!!!
We have the Thanksgiving dinner to go. Dinner feeds 10 to 12 people. It was so good. More food than we could eat. It was worth the money. Would recommend everyone and everyone!
