This Dunkin' is my go-to spot before work, and I visit every day. While the food is average, the service leaves much to be desired. I usually place my orders through the app, but about 90% of the time, there's something wrong or missing. When I mention the issues, the staff often seem annoyed. This could easily be fixed if the person preparing my order took a moment to check the receipt. Additionally, I've noticed that the app menu and the in-store menu frequently don't match. I've ordered items through the app that the store doesn't even carry. The previous managers and employees were great, but the quality has declined since they left.
