Excellent service, prompt delivery, and delicious pizzas at reasonable prices!

Excellent value! My carry-out order was ready right on time, and the pasta primavera deep dish pizza was absolutely delicious!

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant and I won't be ordering from them again. The app wasn't functioning properly, and I was tracking my order the entire time, so I would have known when it arrived. They claimed to have called me, but my phone was right in front of me and I never received a call. I only got a text 15 minutes after my order was delivered, yet there was a doorbell right there, and they didn’t bother to use it. When I called to express my frustration, I was dismissed and accused of lying by a rude staff member, who continued to argue with me. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has changed that. I will also be sure to warn hotel guests against ordering from them. They’ve just lost a lot of business from me and my recommendations.

I order from Sarpino's time to time and every experience has been absolutely 10/10! They're open late, offer free delivery, and have fair prices on their menu items. What's not to love?

The worst pizza in the chicagoland area. By far the worst staff as well. They will spit on your food too. Stay away from this place.
