Mcdonald's - Harwood Heights

In my area, I have two McDonald's I go to regularly. I've made it a rule that I don't order food at this location. Time has shown, consistently, that my orders come back with error or incredibly sloppy.NOW: I find I can't even go here anymore for my 1-dollar diet sodas because they come back regular...(I don't go in to complain in fear of appearing crazy or seeming ridiculous for the diet/regular soda argument ?)But I wish you guys all the luck in getting your team together. And it's my hopes I can come back soon even possibly with a food order.

So i ordered the new strawberry watermelon drink, but they ended up not having it available even after i paid for it. they asked if i was willing to wait 5-10 minutes (which was nice of them already) and i said sure, since it’s late i'm not doing anything i paid for the $2 drink already. After waiting in the front, they gave me a complimentary apple pie for waiting! To me, that was really sweet and awesome of them. 11/10 to the employees, the management, etc. Thanks so much both the apple pie and drink was delicious~ cheers!

Problem with the order every time! I visit that mcdonald every morning for the last seven days and my order was very easy “coffee 4 apple cake” first, it takes forever to get a response from the speaker, second they never had a order right, it is a crazy almost food not a restaurant, which can go wrong? and the last, why they always tell me it is not their fault! So who is it for me?

Especially asked for fresh cookies for my sausage biscuits and I would wait. they gave me over cooked or reheated cookies and insisted that they were fresh. instead of filling the order on request, they stood on the floor and told me that hard/curious edges are how to be cookies. I just ran away. what happened to the customer service. sheesh

I ask for well-made pommes and more than half comes soggy. please listen to the customer when they ask for something that is far too expensive to begin with. they have cut so much.
