Pizza Hut - Hartwell

I would like to invite some delivery drivers for this. That's the second time we had to get that when we wanted that to be delivered. if they can't rent, then this should perhaps include doorstep to get the food and deliver us here in Hartwell, ga. also nothing to do with this load, but especially pizza hat in general, I would bring back for them all the different types of pizza crusten aromen. it made the crust better taste that garlic buttery mix is the one I love for the crust taste.

It took three hours to get my order. only for my eating half cooked and cold. so disappointed bad money that I spent in one.

The food was good. the personal was friendly, but that lacks a physical menu is really d * I know this is a business decision and not on the personal. They have QR codes on the table that suspect to apply an online menu when scanning, but they are not formatted right and give them a mistake. so they have no opportunity to even find what they want to eat, unless they go the app and not all items on the app are avaible at all locations.

I ordered my food online today and waited for it, but ended up not receiving it. After calling the restaurant, I found out that my order was canceled because there was no delivery driver available that day. Since I didn't have a car, I was left hungry and frustrated, having to call to find out the reason for my missing order.

Charge should be refunded. Spoke with customer service because waited 2 hours only to find out the store was closed for delivery but had not disabled the delivery option. Also, never received a call from the store. This was learned when I called customer service.
