Little Caesars Pizza - Hartwell

I have a sharp and ready pepperoni pizza and it was just really baked! Not really busy when I came, so it was nice to eat outside quietly. I can see from other posts it can be a hit or miss in this place, but for me this time it was perfect!?

My experiences at the Hartwell location have been disappointing. After several visits, I've only been able to get a one-topping pizza, and the service has been lackluster. When I inquired about this, I was informed that it was due to staffing issues.

I went inside to order a sharp and pepperoni pizza. They told me there was something already in the oven and that it would be just a few minutes. However, after waiting for about 20 minutes while others came in, ordered the same pizza, and received theirs right away, I noticed that no one was attending to me. Finally, the woman who initially took my order realized I was being ignored and made me a pizza. Unfortunately, I still had to wait for it to cook. If it hadn't been for her, I might still be there waiting!

As for the pizzas, I was also let down. The ham and pineapple pizza had hardly any toppings, especially in the center. I have had better experiences at the Elberton location, but this one did not meet the same standards. This place has really declined since Michelle and Kristin were here.

I really should write a book. They forgot that I was standing there. I'm sure seven people got there pizza before me and I had ordered the day before. Lots more......
