I had the pleasure of enjoying a Blue Cheese crusted Ribeye cooked to medium-rare, and it may very well be the best steak I've had in the last 10 to 15 years. The Bourbon and Rye flight showcasing spirits from Wyoming and Colorado was excellent as well. The soup of the day was a delightful spicy tomato and corn blend. I had a fantastic dining experience! The service was exceptional, and I enjoyed a lovely dinner. The price per person ranged from $30 to $50. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. Highly recommended!
