Trainstop Cafe - Hartlepool

My daughter and I had a cup of tea and bacon sandwich each before we went on the train great value, ideal for early morning train journey.

What a refreshing change to find a cafe which tick's all the boxes, i got a full breakfast with fried bread (out of this world) my mam got poached eggs on toast and we got 2 pot's of tea and still got change out of £10.00..... the service was spot on and the food was gorgeous! a lovely clean friendly cafe would recommend to anybody 10 out of 10 ladies we will defo be back x

This is a great cafe to have a meal before taking a train or take a coffee on board. The station is about to get ticket barriers so allow for time to do this.

Fully enjoy on an irregular basis however just found out I can ring in my order and take away. Great breakfast, clean, prompt service and one of the 'very few ' establishments who actually trim the fat off the bacon! Well worth a visit or even a phone call to collect when you 're in a rush.

Menu was very tempting but as I was catching a train for work I opted for the Small Breakfast. Service was friendly and fast. Food was well cooked and well presented. Definitely going here again. Looking forward to having a try at the Station Master breakfast when I don’t have to go to work!
