Starbucks - Hartlepool

I can't say anything bad about dieucks, I love her eating and drinking. I'm usually a caramel and hazelnut decaf latte and it's always delicious:

The staff is very friendly and helpful. beautiful atmosphere and always very clean inside. water shells outside in the sitting area for pets also

I stopped by this restaurant while getting my car inspected nearby, and I was having a hard time deciding what to order. The server was very friendly and eager to suggest her favorite drink. I decided to go with her recommendation and I was not disappointed. It was delicious! I highly recommend trying the oat shaken iced latte - you won't regret it!

Starbucks Teesbay really is the worst place I've ever visited and I'm so happy to say that I will never return. Awful customer service, rude staff that honestly couldn't give a **** about customers, dirty tables which we had to clear ourselves even though there were plenty of staff there who were just stood talking. Drinks took forever to be made, they are always more concerned about customers in drive thru, don't care about cafe customers, sandwiches when eventually served were rock hard and uneatable. What happened to all the decent staff? There a lot of other places for people to eat and drink we won't be wasting any money here again.

Excellent service from very helpful and friendly staff. Very pleased with our visit and for the assistance provided by the young lady and young man on duty.
