Przekaż informację zwrotnąI would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. It took 1.5 hours for our pizza to arrive, and we had ordered two medium pizzas.
I am unsure if this delivery driver is associated with this restaurant. I have worked on this driver's car as a mechanic and am extremely disgusted to have seen half-eaten food, spoiled milk, and rotten food scattered throughout the vehicle from the front to the trunk. As a result, I will no longer be ordering delivery from this restaurant, as I do not want to risk my food being delivered next to such unsanitary conditions.
3 stars because the team here has always been A+ from my experiences over a decade, but Domino's as a company needs to go back to the drawing board. This isn't location based it's all of them, Over the past decade it feels like they've removed all thenatural pizza flavor that used to be in the crust, the sauce the toppings and hide the fact its flavorless by training theemployees to drench all pizza's and sticks in that garlic butter oil sauce. It's not appetizing ordering breadsticks or breadbites and handling a grease soaked wet box or grabbing a slice of pizza and having a puddle of garlic butter looking back atyou.
The app is relatively clunky. There are periods of time where you just cannot place an order with little to no explanation as to why. You can call the store and you will be on hold for a half an hour to an hour. I know this is a relatively small operationbut there needs to be a higher turnover of calls than this for the area that the hartland branch serves. And it's not justSaturday or Friday nights where you'd expect it to be busy, you can regularly expect to be put on hold for at least 10 minutesany way of the week. The delivery drivers are all professional. The cooks there are great. It just doesn't look good when youplace an order you get charged for it and your order immediately gets canceled.
This restaurant serves terrible pizza. It is essentially uncooked bread with sauce and cheese. Despite requesting the pizza to be well done, I had to put it back in the oven at home because it was still very soggy and undercooked. I decided to give them another chance but unfortunately, the pizza was once again undercooked, almost raw, even after specifying that I wanted it well done. It seems like the turnover rate for employees at this place is extremely high. I am now considering filing a lawsuit.
