Dunkin' - Hartford

I am a big fan of Dunkin' and usually have no issues at other locations, but I had a bad experience at this particular Dunkin'. The staff here seemed inadequately trained. Today, the person taking my order informed me that milk couldn't be added to my frozen coffee because it is a milk product, which is incorrect. While I understand if they can't mix certain ingredients, providing misinformation is not acceptable. It's important for employees to be knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients, especially when it comes to food allergies.

The service at this restaurant is subpar. Every time I order ahead, my order is never ready. And on top of that, they always give me the wrong order. I will not be returning.

The ladies here are so sweet and on they job. Love it here!!

Favorite dunkin! always make the best coffee and super fast!

They sell coffee like the rest of them I mean it's fine if you want some coffee it's not all that fancy there .
