Domino's Pizza - Hart

Ordered online for click n collect, turned up in estimated time , food all ready and correct. Whole family enjoyed it,

Missed half my order said theyd redeliver and did not ... Spent 40 minutes waiting for them to answer my call and Sophie said she was too busy to refund but said she would at some point in the week! Never received the refund!! Best avoided .. the pizza isn't even that good to be honest.

I went and collect my food in the drive in no problem at all perfect and polite but both time food was not cocked well wont suggest to anybody

Don’t buy if you want you pizza on time. They take the money and you have to wait for 2 hours. AVOID THIS PLACE

This place is unreal. 3 times in a row they have messed up our order. Horrible rude customer service. First time they didn't deliver part of my order and when I phoned up they said they wouldn't come out again for one item even though I had paid for it. The second time they took an hour for delivery and when it came it was stone cold. The 3rd time I ordered my order on their clichy confusing website then at the buy now part it said an error occurred, I phoned the store and they said they had no knowledge of my order even though they had taken the money from my account. When you phone them you just get rude people who you can hardly understand. All for over priced garlic bread. A sham of a store. Will never use again.
