Turban Street - HARROW

After reading positive reviews, we decided to try out a new restaurant instead of our usual favorite, the Regency Club. Unfortunately, we immediately regretted our decision. The owner greeted us warmly and took our drink and cocktail orders personally. However, the cocktails were disappointing - both were poorly made. The food was served in an inconsistent manner and reminded us of outdated English/Indian restaurants from the 80s. Each curry tasted the same and was not appetizing. The restaurant was almost empty, lacked any atmosphere, and had minimal heating due to a situation with the landlords. The owner and waitress were friendly but serving in thick clothing was off-putting and unhygienic. The waitress also had an odd habit of leaning over a wall to serve us instead of approaching the table directly. Overall, this restaurant fell short in terms of atmosphere, food quality, cocktails, and value for money. We will not be returning.

Whenever we're in London, our first stop is always this restaurant. It never fails to impress with its delicious food and consistently great service. They are also accommodating to special requests.

I went to this restaurant with my family. We thought the starters were small compared to other restaurants serving similar dishes, with too many onions and peppers rather than the actual starter itself. However, the taste was good. The mains were excellent, but we were disappointed by the lack of fish curry options. We would go again, as long as we didn't want fish that night. The staff were eager to please and asked for feedback to help improve.

Not much choice of street food for vegetarian. Not many starters. But having said that the main food was tasty . Service is very good and the owner makes a lot of effort to please.

Heard about this new place that had opened up. Great looking from outside. Nice and bright. Gets your attention. 6 of us visited. Nice lively buzz. Nice modern decor. Ordered starters and mains. Both came in good time. Prices are fair They had a big group visiting which always requires a bit attention. Even then we felt the good family vibe Will be going again.
