High price caffe, in comparison with central london locations. I personally don't think it's worth it. good service and quirky decor. a unique caffe for this location. in the summer I am told that it is very busy, so they make a reservation before visiting.
Beautiful, quirky caffe in a beautiful part of harrow. cakes are decent, good selection in tees. beautiful for a small afternoon. a little bit inside
This was our second visit. It’s a cute space if a little cramped and our main waitress was friendly. There is a wide menu and maybe it should be reduced with a focus on quality. I had the elderberry crush which was it was explained was made with syrup- but far too much of it- after two tries, I went for a Diet Coke! I had the special- a mezze platter. There was no even vaguely Greek flavourings. The hummus was simply puréed chick peas, the falafel had no flavouring and the tzatziki was simply yogurt with grated cucumber. There was also a salad with feta and olives which was nice enough and the flatbread was warm. The panini with ham and cheese was fine.
Having visited the Dolls House on many occasions pre covid . We were very disappointed in the current quality of the food. The quiche pastry was rubbery and with my Eggs Verde the poached eggs were over cooked, the avocado was not ripe and the muffin not toasted. with trepidation we decided to give the cakes a go. The vegan coffee cake was dry and had no taste while the scone was dry and over baked. To crown it all on asking to have the bill split. We were charged 1p extra. It may be only 1p but we weren’t even informed of this and anywhere else I have been the split has been to the exact amount.
