Stavros Greek - HARROW

It was very chilly in the restaurant and we were seated near the radiator, which helped some of us. There was no music and the atmosphere was not great. The owner is not Greek. The food was okay but overpriced, more like an expensive kebab shop. Additionally, there were no appetizers served while we waited for our main course.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we immediately noticed significant discrepancies in pricing between the menus posted on the website and the ones on our table, with individual items often costing £2 or £3 more. The hospitality was cold and unwelcoming, as the staff appeared indifferent to their customers. Although our meal arrived in a timely manner, the food itself did not justify the high prices. The most frustrating part of the experience was waiting for the bill for half an hour, while the serving staff attended to their own meals in the restaurant. Additionally, the bill was presented to us as a total amount without itemization, and the overweight owner sat with his back to us as he dined.

Terrible. do not let them be fooled by the photo of the white tablecloth. never been spoken as rude by anyone as we were in there before we got out. plastic tablecloths on table said to go to london if we wanted to think that a tablecloth, they need more most tables not set, so obviously not many customers get. not go

This Greek restaurant is regarded as one of the most significant ones, and it definitely lives up to its reputation. After spending several months in Greece and getting used to ordering a variety of appetizers, I was pleased to find that this restaurant does an excellent job with their appetizer selection. The loukanica, souvlaki, and kebabs with chili sauce were particularly tasty. It was disappointing, however, that the aquarium was no longer there.
