Lucky Kitchen Restaurant - Harrow

Very strange experience.when there for dinner for the first time and found that we did not have to eat plates from the containers. I asked why...and of what I could understand..because there isn't much dune in business..and due to the appearance of the place I can see why..so they can't afford to hire someone else..There are kids running in and out of the kitchen..There is so much potential for this place..but they choose not to update the place.clean it.or get rid of.

This was the place to go pre covid. Last 2 times have been terrible experiences. Heard a story of 2 other people not receiving items and they went back and were re charged for the items because they write it in Chinese on the receipt so you won't know. Well same experience was not given an item and was told oh next time you order you can get it (did not take name or number or anyway of offering a free item next order). So returned to get the item and waited and waited for one item for a party back home. Not sure if they have new owners or new staff but terrible experiences last 2 times and since it was a big order from a party now lost 4 seperate ordering households.

What strange experience. We stop in to have a bite to eat. We were told we could eat in but would be given our food in take out trays. I ordered the ginger beef. All it was was deep fried strips of beef with a side of some sort of ginger sauce. I took two bites and was done. I feel like there is so much room for improvement here. Please do better.

You have an order for the take-out, they said about the phone, it would be an hour. It took an hour and 45 minutes to get our food. Service: Take Meal Type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
