Kfc - Harrisonville

The restaurant used to be good, but my recent experiences have not been great. The last few times I went, I was told there would be a 20-30 minute wait. Even after agreeing to wait, I was informed 10 minutes later that it would be another 20-30 minutes for the original recipe. This happened at 5pm on a Saturday night, and the restaurant wasn't even very busy. It seemed like the staff or management were not properly preparing the food.

I ordered through DoorDash tonight and the Dasher messaged me saying that they were out of chicken. How does Kentucky Fried Chicken run out of chicken? Whoever is in charge of that shift needs to be fired because if you're really out of chicken as they claim, then don't accept the order!

I placed two separate orders on DoorDash from this restaurant, but I only received one. I went to the store in person to speak with the manager about my missing second order, but they were already closed and cleaning up. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. I will not be using DoorDash to order from this restaurant again.

The service at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was excellently prepared and served hot even near closing time. They also provided us with a generous amount of napkins and sauces, a level of service rarely seen at other fast food establishments. This was one of the best KFC locations I have ever been to!
