El Mezcal - Harrisonville

We visited this restaurant for the first time today and arrived a bit late, just 30 minutes before closing. However, we were warmly welcomed and promptly served. I ordered the grilled chicken taco salad, omitting the cheese sauce, and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors! The crispy vegetables were fresh, and the salsa and chips were both light and refreshing. My wife had the fajitas, which were also served hot and came with fresh, crispy vegetables—plenty for leftovers to take home. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. It offers authentic dishes with some modern twists as well. Although it tends to get quite busy and service can sometimes be a bit slow due to its relatively small size, the staff always make sure to take good care of their customers. The fajitas, in particular, are absolutely amazing.

The staff in el mezcal are wonderful, friendly people. the restaurant attracts in the usually native in the environment of cass county and is considered by many to be the spot for lunch, especially on taco Tuesday, when they get tacos for $1 per! if they live in the opposite or just go through, don't miss their opportunity to eat here!

My son and I dined here and had a wonderful experience thanks to our server, who was incredibly kind and always smiling. When my dessert was brought out by another staff member, it was still frozen and had chocolate. However, Jennifer soon brought a new order that was much better – warm and sweet, with honey and strawberries on the side. It looked much more appealing to a food critic and tasted far more delicious. Be sure to ask for Jennifer; her smile adds to the experience!

The Jalepeno Margarita was excellent. They understood the task. It had the perfect pairing of Jalepeno spices and lime. I ordered the street tacos and the carne asada was well seasoned and tender. We sat right away and chips and salsa were right at our table. The server was very friendly and attentive. Next time we're in town, we'll definitely visit.
