Xenia A Kebab Grille - Harrisonburg

My husband was craving Mediterranean food when we were on our back to Tennessee and Xenia was only 3 minutes away from our hotel. Went over there and I wished we had brought some more to go! We had hummus appetizer to start with regular pita and garlic pita. Their pita bread are so light, soft, airy and crispy. The hummus was great also. I had chicken Kebab with rice and Mediterranean sauce. Rice was so good. Chicken were nice and moist. And the sauce was also great. My husband had the beef and steak kebabs. They were so delicious. His favorite sauce to dip them in was the pineapple horseradish sauce. Soo good. The man who took our orders was so helpful. He helped us made decisions on what items to get (we wanted everything! The next time we find ourselves in Harrisonburg again, we'll definitely come back!

Just searched “vegan food near me” and found this place was nearby with 5 stars. I can’t tell you how much the food blew my mind. I had dolma, Kurdish (lentil soup), and falafel with tahini. My sister had the steak kebab and said it’s literally the best steak she’s ever had in her life. It blew our minds. Please stop into this spot if you love good food.

Xenia A Kebab Grille was a good restaurant. Their selection of food was fairly decent, though not exactly what I expected. Quality was amazing though. Everything was delicious. The staff was a bit overwhelmed though, there were numerous people in the restaurant and only two people working there. A good experience overall though.

Visiting area. Arrived hungry and looking for a good meal. Drove 25 minutes to this wonderful little dining establishment in Harrisonburg. Greeted very warmly. Food options were explained in detail. Accommodated vegan requests. Ordered steak and chicken kebabs with rice and veggies. Both were very good. Rice was like the Jasmine version, very light. Lots of rice. Light amount of veggies. My next order would be 1/2 the amount of rice and 2x the veggies. Family member ordered Ultimate Vegetarian and said it was very good too. This meal eats like a salad until you get to a point where the bread can be folded. The French fries were good too. The restaurant's decor reminds me of a Cafe you would find on an Istanbul or Damascus side street. I Love that we have these places in the US. Worth the drive. I will probably return before I head back home. Call in your order to save wait time and check hours. I usually post pictures of the food but I was hungry, forgive me.

Hands down BEST food in Harrisonburg. We have been going here for years for the Gyros and it has been amazing EVERY time. Before the pandemic and they had indoor seating, the staff was super nice to me and my son and when they saw us come in they would put a small order of fries in and bring it out when they came to great us so he could much on those and keep busy. The Euphrates is hands down my favorite gyro of theirs. I am a life long customer and you will not regret eating here!
