Great treat, but also over $30 for two mediums. Could get everything you need at wal mart for 10

That was my first experience and her second with the franchise. we thought we would try. should decide differently. when entering there was not someone in sight (including workers) at least 3-4 minutes. then we put on gloves and chose our size and chose aromen, just to find that the first 3 we tried were liquid. so we chose others. they have at least a lot of toppings. we bought and paid $18 for a medium and small. went to car to eat and after 2 bites I was finished. it tasted terrible. not sure if the mix was wrong or what, but it was rough. my gf said she wasn't good either. I went back to tell them that something went bad with the machine, but no one else was on site. After 3-4 minutes someone came out and I told them the problem, they said they didn't know and well that's all. I said well, check the machines maybe, and have thrown away our articles. never again

Honestly, not that good. Half the yogurt dispensers were not frozen. Candy toppings are stale. Stone and patio no so clean. I've had better experiences at other store, but this one needs improvement.

Came in yesterday about 45 mins before closing. The lady at the front was extremely rude.. she had already put a lot of the stuff away (atleast 3 of the machines were broken and they had “no whipped cream”.. the service was the worst of all.. when we came in she rolled her eyes like it bothered her we were there and we didn’t feel welcome at all as she was on her phone. The yogurt also tasted really sour and gross. Won’t be back to this location.. I love sweet frog but as I can tell from some of the other more recent reviews this location is missing the mark.

The yogurt was rotten and I’m about to try to do a 3 hour road trip… pray for me Edit: made it home just in time…
