Happened upon the food truck in Mt Jackson and I have to say was very pleasantly surprised by the Carolina pork BBQ and brisket. Brisket just melts in your mouth and the pork was so tender and delicious! Very filling. Sides were delicious as well. 10/10 hands down.Food: 5/5

I've been here once and had no complaints but today jun. 29, 2023 at 1:28pm...completely trash. I ordered 4 bones, brisket sandwiche, and smoked leg quarter. Ribs weren't cooked long enough andflavorless but smelled likeold meat, asked for no bbq sauce but still got it on the chicken, and the brisket wasn't cooked long enough and it was flavorless. Everything went in the trash...$29.00 wasted#do better

Stopped here while traveling and it was amazing. The brisket sandwich was delicious and sides were great! It left a taste in my mouth and has me ready to drive back for another sandwich. 5 stars!Parking: Large graveled parking lot.

The brisket is above average. The bbq is phenomenal, best vinegar based bbq I have ever had.
