Red Lobster Harrisonburg

Our server was fantastic! The entire staff was very friendly.

The server appeared to be inexperienced, or perhaps the restaurant was simply overwhelmed. They didn’t manage to bring out all the dishes, and there were mistakes with our order. At one point, the server almost took my meal away because the kitchen had forgotten a portion of it. I asked to keep my plate, which I’m glad I did, as it took nearly 30 minutes for the kitchen to finally work on the forgotten flounder. I won’t be returning.

I had a wonderful experience, although the restaurant was extremely cold due to the heating not working.

Was completely mistreated on the OpenTable template, was warned when I double checked the time that we could have a waiting time of over 30 minutes when we arrive. what is pleasing that I would choose a time over opentable. it turned out well and we sat right away. just annoying. no table welcome / service for 15 minutes. unharmed. many open tables. many with dirty dressed on them. that was delicious. However, they ran out of some articles (alfredo! and we, as suggested, did not bring any alternatives. whatever. cheddar biscuits were from this world warm, fresh and delish! personal, redlobster!
