Chili's Grill - Harrisonburg

We were disappointed with our experience. The steaks were dry, and there was no butter on top or on the side, which would have helped. They were also overcooked. Additionally, they forgot the ranch, straws, silverware, and napkins. It seems that whoever was working in the kitchen and on the expo tonight didn’t pay enough attention to the orders. It’s frustrating because we can’t simply return the incorrect items for adjustments like we would if we were dining in. Overall, it felt like there was a lack of care for customers’ food deliveries.

The sirloin was overcooked, so I only had a few bites of it. The French fries were disappointing, and they placed the shrimp in with the salad, which resulted in cold shrimp and a warm salad. However, the pasta was good, and the dressing was delicious.

The sampler was smaller than I remembered. It felt quite sparse.

Order wasnt fresh at all and fries wasnt full for amount I pay for.

Every time we visit, the food has been outstanding, and the manager, James, does an excellent job!
