Casa Gallardo Fajita Factory

My husband and family love this restaurant. Most of our visits have been perfect, with great food and service. There have been a few times when things were not perfect, but that's to be expected. Sometimes it's just due to circumstances beyond their control. Everyone we bring there loves the place, so it holds great value for us.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Our group ordered fajitas, but unfortunately they did not arrive at our table while they were still hot. A larger party that arrived after us received their sizzling hot fajitas. Perhaps it was just a matter of unfortunate timing. I reached out to speak with the manager about the issue and am currently waiting for a call back.

Eating was okay. our take-out order included a decent bag of chips, but only enough salsa for three chips. myhun was overly salty and turns out we were overloaded, not happy with it.

I’ve been here to eat at least 4 times now and the food is outstanding! My friend and I love the nachos and taco salad! The waiters and waitresses care about your visit and they are above stellar! I will be back at least once a week! Love the margarita and Malibu Bay Breeze! Ricardo is awesome along with the rest of the staff!
