I ordered online to take advantage of the BOGO50 deal. Unfortunately, they messed up my sandwich. Since I live 15 minutes away and it's 9 PM, both my husband and I were exhausted after working 12-hour shifts. They offered to let us bring the sandwich back for a remake, but we were just too tired. The guy I spoke with was very polite and acknowledged the mistake, saying he was sorry it wasn’t made as ordered. However, the woman in the background was quite rude. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I love a good sub from subway but when it's busy some of the workers just throw your sub together with no regard to properly spreading your toppings throughout your sandwich. I understand they are busy and want to get people through the line in a timely manner but if your going to do it wrong then doing it fast doesn't really count for much. Other than that the food is always good and worth the buy Service: Take out
We were the only ones in subway and fi2 basic subs we were there for over 30 minutes. Longest subway trip ever. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
The employees were too busy watching videos on a customers phone over the counter to get the two subs I ordered right. Placed an online order and got home to see both subs missing ingredients and incorrectly made. They were cold and soggy even though they were supposed to be toasted. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
