There’s simply no structure at all it truly seems like servers do not have sections at all and random fire grab people that get sat. Me and my boyfriend have tried multiple times now and had a mid to bad experience every time. We are the type of people that hate to ask for discounts on our meal but felt entitled to one just because it takes forever and half of it is cooked wrong burnt etc this time sent us over the edge literally walked out because we didn’t get our drinks in 15 mins of waiting watched her take and order of someone who came in before us after taking ours but gave drinks to someone that just got there (cappuccinos just like we ordered btw)

We left because it would have been a long wait. They were understaffed for the eclipse.

I arrived a few minutes ahead of my party to reserve a table. When my party arrived the hostess did not inform them I was in the back. We ordered our food and it took an hour and at the end of the order we bought French toast which we were never informed they would be waiting at the front. The only way we found out is when I made mention of it. It took us 2 hours to have a 30 minute breakfast.And it was not that busy maybe a handful of tables.

I’ve had bad experiences here before, nothing like this. Waitress barely checked on us, even thou were there from 12:20-2:20. Waited well over an hour just for over half of the food to be missing, waitress argued with manager in front of table about her not coming back, no discount was offered, all was said was a ton of excuses.I have worked in food service for over 5 years, I never have done anything like this but this was the biggest waste of time and the worst dining experience. It is 100% management. The manager heard us talking about how our food was missing and didn’t stop and say anything at all. We originally had 6 people, after an hour of waiting one person had to leave, we were still charged for their food. We all paid and left a tip, but will discourage everyone from ever going to Harrison’s bob evens as it is the biggest waste of time and an awful experience.

Food is good if you can get service. Slow and under staffed. Do not recommend
