The Black Forest Restaurant

A wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the restaurant gave off a lovely, cozy vibe! Thank you for everything!

My girlfriend and I ate here on the Saturday night of Easter Weekend. We made a reservation for 7:30pm and good thing as the place was packed (that’s a good thing in my eyes). We were seated right away. We were next greeted right away and brought water and drink orders taken. Our drinks came right away I was almost surprised as to how busy the restaurant was. We split a combination dish and it was delicious. It had the schnitzel, bratwurst, rouladin and spaetzle. Again, our server was so friendly and polite. All the servers are wearing black and white and the atmosphere was great. I would go back.

The food is delicious and servings are generous. Great food and great service keep us coming back to the Black Forest.

Food was outdated. Reminds me of the kind of food we would go out for a semi-nice dinner with my parents in the 70’s. Today it just isn’t that good. Dry. Bland. Not very creative. One step up from cafeteria food.
