I ordered a cappuccino, which was unusual as it wasn't sweetened like most cappuccinos typically are. Given the lack of attention I was receiving, I decided to keep quiet and just move on. While the café was not crowded and there seemed to be plenty of staff, it felt like they intentionally disregarded my presence. I’m not a regular customer, so maybe this is common practice here, but it’s certainly disappointing. Standard restaurant protocols dictate that basic amenities should be readily available for all customers, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and ordered a coffee and a bagel. Unfortunately, I had to wait about seven minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. When someone finally assisted me, I didn’t receive any recommendations, and the staff member seemed almost annoyed to have to take my order. It felt like the only employees there were very young. When I asked whether I should wait to the side for my to-go order or sit at a table, I was told to take a seat. However, the girl who delivered my order treated me as if I were a burden. As for the coffee, it was quite disappointing. My main issue, though, was with the service. If I could rate it with zero stars, I would. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had high hopes for this place. They really need to hire staff who are more experienced than just 16-year-olds.

I had a delightful beverage that was suggested to me, and I eagerly anticipate trying other offerings there in the future.

The person at the counter just stared at me while I was placing my order and didn't even greet me. It was quite an awkward experience. What have they done to the buzz sauce? It's definitely not the same as before. I'm really disappointed. I hope they can return to the original recipe for the buzz sauce because it used to be amazing!

I got the Buzz House Salad w/ Steak. The steak was beautifully marinated and cooked well. It was a fair portion. I was very impressed with the quality of the salad components. Fresh, vibrant, flavorful. It's always impressive when the dressing becomes the afterthought of a salad. My colleague got a club which looked plentiful and well-presented. He was very happy with it. I would absolutely visit again the next time I work in town.
