Such disrespect. Business must be good because they sure didn't care about losing us! The lady taking the order wrote the address down wrong and somehow that made it okay for the delivery guy to SCREAM at us for 15 minutes. If he would have shut his mouth for 2 seconds, he would have realized that she added an extra zero to our house number. He continuously lost his temper with us, yelling that he had the right address. But he didn't. And he wouldn't listen to us to correct it. It was raining and this joker said that the only way he was coming to our home was if we stood in the middle of the street. How about, just come to the house address that we are repeating to you on the phone. Rather than continuing to follow the wrong address on your navigation system. And then, repeatedly yelling at us when you cant find the house. Called to talk to the manager, KC, he offered to send coupons for the very poor service. Those NEVER came. He said the delivery guy wasn't yelling, he was probably on speaker phone. Also mentioned that we order from him 3-4 times a week. If that's so, then why are there soo many issue with the wrong address and why aren't you fighting to keep us as Loyal customers. Lady who took the order called to let us know that she confirmed the address with us and WE said it was okay. Thanks for the misplaced blame, but we have lived in this home for 12 years. We know our house number. And btw, the address you assigned to us, doesn't even exist on google maps. That should have been your 1st red flag. Same with the delivery guy, if the address doesn't exist in you're navigation system, Maybe you wrote it down wrong and you should call to confirm the address before yelling at your customers because you got lost. The food was cold. Stromboli was under cooked. And the stuffed peppers were nasty.

Disappointing The Cru I did eat there... won't make that mistake again. Most concerning is NO ONE is certified in food ‍ how do you know if you cooling, freezing, thawing, saving food correctly. You can really get someone sick by incorrect procedures.

Imagine my surprise tonight when I walked in and it was a completely different pizza place! WTF?? Where did The Cru go?? All I wanted was a chopped salad!!!!!!!

Chef KC is the real deal! He cares about how his food is made. Everything turned out perfect. Probably the best steak I've had in a long time. Their Sunday brunch is awesome! Any bad reviews means the chef wasn't there. For the way this place looks, it was amazing! KC needs to have a restaurant downtown where he can be recognized for his skills. I have no idea how they made those waffles, they were certainly the best I'd ever eaten

I wish there was a zero star rating because the food was the worst that I 've ever experienced. Ordered take out on Thursday, pizza, subs and a few sides for dinner. I packed a slice of pizza, part of the meatball sub and some fries for dinner because I had to go to work. Before I even had a chance to eat what I packed, I received a few texts from my family describing how bad the food was. I tried it and I 'm sorry that I did! The pizza was terribly over spiced and the sauce tasted like something between sweet and sour sauce and ketchup. The 9 inch pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni that I ordered had zero pepperoni on it! The subs were in a word...inedible...the meatball sub needs to be renamed to the over spiced hockey puck sub...disgusting is another word that comes to mind. The cheesesteak sub also needs to be renamed to the missing meat and nonexistent cheese with fat sub. On to the loaded fries...over cooked fries and cheese...again inedible, even with ketchup and the horseradish sauce. Enough said!
