Papa John's Pizza - Harrisburg

I just received my food delivery. The driver rang my doorbell, and when I opened the door, I found my food placed on the cold ground in the corner of the apartment complex porch. I started to ask why he didn’t hand it to me, and he simply muttered, "Have a good day." That’s incredibly poor service.

I ordered a pizza with extra beef, but what I received was essentially a cheese pizza with only a few tiny bits of beef sprinkled on top. I won’t be dining there again. I feel like I was cheated.

We usually have a fantastic experience, but tonight when we got home, our garlic parm Stix were completely bare. There was nothing on them. We're really disappointed.

The pizza was horrible but the staff was friendly when we picked up our order. The quality has declined immensely. I won't be going back

Over priced, undercooked pizza and the delivery driver shows up with no change after I clearly marked we would be paying cash? how convenient. All set with order from there again.
