Panera Bread - Harrisburg

I visited this restaurant for breakfast and found the food quite enjoyable, especially the parfait! The staff was excellent, assisting me with questions about dietary restrictions. I waited about 15 minutes for my to-go order, but unfortunately, my sandwich was only lukewarm when I finally opened it. My main concern is the portion sizes relative to the price. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich costs $6.49, which seems a bit excessive to me. Thankfully, the food was delicious.

The food was excellent, but I've noticed a significant increase in prices since my last visit.

I was quite disappointed during my recent visit to Panera. The cleanliness of the restaurant was shocking. The floor was extremely sticky, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic to walk around. It felt like I was being held back with each step I took. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any dining venue, and the state of the tables and floor was simply unacceptable. I would highly recommend avoiding this place until they enhance their hygiene standards.

They have gotten our orders wrong at this particular location more times than I can remember. If you go here, make sure your order is right before leaving the parking lot!!!

Heard they got rid of of my favorite manager. Good luck! I can see the bad reviews coming in all ready. Bad culture behind the counter.
