Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe arrived with a group from a bus trip, and although they were understaffed, you wouldn't have noticed. The team did an excellent job of seating and serving everyone. The food was good, but it was the staff that truly stood out.
Our server was attentive, but unfortunately, she forgot to provide us with appetizer plates and a bread plate, so we ended up having to eat off our napkins. When it came time to pay the bill, the staff was gathered upfront, deep in conversation, making it difficult for me to reach the register. It seems they might benefit from focusing more on maintaining cleanliness and less on socializing.
The order I received was incomplete; it was missing items such as gravy for the chicken fried chicken. The biscuits were burnt, and the food lacked any seasoning. I ordered a fruit cobbler but only received a cup of peaches instead. I cannot recommend this place! Orders should be treated with the same care as if they were for yourself.
Got Sat, asked to change seat was told no. Sat there for at least 20 minutes until I asked who my server was. She came over I asked if I could have Turkey she told me it was a lunch special. She got me a water ,I ordered a side of Mac bacon. She didcome back for 15 minutes. I asked her why turkey was on dinner menu. She said , I misunderstood her. She was very short with me.She seemed overwhelmed. Someone else brought my meal and asked if I needed anything else. I said the biscuit cornbread. No onechecked back with me. I paid for a dinner portion got served a lunch portion. The food was good but way over priced for portion.Won't be returning. She came over and gave me the check. She shouldn't be working with the public.
The manager Tyler handled a situation poorly. I ordered the same thing I ALWAYS order being the egg and bacon casserole with medium eggs. It arrived with scrambled eggs. The server was confused because the computer allowed her to add the eggs this waybut the manager comes over and says sorry we have to make the eggs scrambled now no exceptions. Rather than letting me make thechoice they brought me what they wanted. The poor server was so apologetic because she knew what I ordered but the managercharged me two medium eggs rather than comping them because they made the mistake. How dare you choose for me rather thanallowing me to choose if I want to pay for extra eggs cooked how I ordered them or change my order. I love Cracker Barrel butthis Tyler girl should not be in charge. Poorly handled, shame in you. You should be embarrassed for your actions when yourrestaurant made the mistake. The server was the only one who actually cared, she knew what the right action should have been andcouldn't stop apologizing to us. I had to pay for a side of two eggs and remove the scrambled once my correct eggs came. Thisshould be zero stars , sadly it's not an option had to choose one star
