Bojangles' Famous Chicken - Harrisburg

Placement thru drive thru window for 12p family pack ask to replace thighs with wings, was said to wait a 20min. I actually waited 45mins notice thighs in box had to go thru drive thru again, manager (white lady) told me it will be a 20min waiting period b/c they are from chicken, the by the way was 1pm EST. I have recovered money, then the same manager said no order can return via the thru drive? My answer-- As long as I get my money back, you can crash this order, this was not the 1st or 10th. Sometimes I had such a problem, but I guaranteed it MY LAST VISIT!!!

I consider myself a Bojangles connoisseur and the one in Harrisburg,NC is by far the best Bojangles! Every single time I eat there, no matter what I order, it?s always perfection. This morning was no exception! I had a sausage and gravy biscuit with an extra sausage patty and it did not disappoint! The Bojangles in China Grove,NC could learn a lot from you guys! Don?t let me forget to mention that they always have service with a smile too! Thanks guys for making my Monday morning a lot better!

What happened to this place? the service/experience here is not what it was earlier. If you're looking for fried chicken, I guess you're not coming here because they're always out. How are you a fried chicken stable, but consistent from chicken? Sounds like workers who want to go home early, so they can turn the frit off two hours before closing. Don't go here.

In recent months, the service level of this region has gone downhill. Even if I calculate the national shortage of work for badly paying jobs in the service industry, I was told that I should wait more than fifteen minutes for the spokesman of an empty lane without taking my order. After that, I finally lost my patience and left. The fast food service industry must begin to pay its employees an actual life wage if they want the business as it had, the fat wallets of the company management for several decades.

I?m a first review for sanitation!!!! I usually go through the passage, but this time I had to run in. It was absolutely disgusting to see how dirty behind the counter was. I tried to give them the advantage of doubt, but if you arrive at 7:30 in the morning and the place is already dirty, there is a problem! Looks like 3 days old food stuck on everything
