I've had multiple great experiences at this restaurant but today it was close to horrible. It took over 20 minutes to be waited on from the time we walked in the door. Also whilst waiting my family and I were being attacked by flys. I order the rib combo,with smoked wings, beans, and waffle fries. The ribs were slightly undercooked and extremely fatty with very little meat. The wings are usually the best thing on the menu but we're also very dry. The sides of baked beans and waffle fries were very good. There seemed to only be one waitress that was scrambling around.

We chose to sit outside, and our server, Crystal, was exceptional! When the flies started to interrupt our lovely meal, we moved indoors, and Crystal seamlessly accommodated us. I can't praise her enough; she made us feel like cherished family. She ensured we had everything we needed without us having to ask. I highly recommend checking out Big J's Roadhouse if you haven’t already. We definitely plan to return soon!

My wife and I were on the hunt for a new BBQ restaurant and stumbled upon this gem. I had heard great things about it, so we decided to give it a try. All I can say is, wow! I ordered the ribs and chicken wings, accompanied by fries and baked beans. Everything was absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend this place enough, and the service was incredible. The staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home.
