The person who rang me out, not much better. I was told a manager would not be in for the next two days. Ridiculous and sore customer service skills.
When I first started going to this Dunkins, it was great.The service was great.They had good food. But recently the service and the food has declined. This morning, I mobile ordered a medium ice caramel craze signature latte with whip cream, cinnamon sugar and Caramel drizz and basically just got an iced coffee. A few weeks back, I ordered online a dozen donuts, with some of them being churro donuts, and when I got there they told me that they were all out and they had just opened, so I didn't understand why more could not have been made. They ended up giving me very sad looking donuts, and only very few of the ones I actually ordered. I keep going to thos Dunkins because I feel like they might get better eventually. But really, I don't know that they may get better, unfortunately.

The people there are genuinely nice. They get the star.For a place named after donuts, they seem to rarely have them, despite being able to order them in the app.
Food is hit and miss. I’m guessing they don’t have management because they are open some mornings and not open other mornings. They have the doors locked at 7:15 again this morning. So I wouldn’t waste your time stopping at this location if you are trying to get to work on time lol.
