One of the best restaurants in Iowa. Period. They source locally. They care about their food and customers. Everything is fresh and made from scratch. If you have a chance to do a First Friday dinner, do it. Best meal of my life. And I'm pretty picky. Upon arriving, I had to go up to the counter to place my order and then find a spot to sit. After that, I had to get my own utensils, napkins, condiments, and even my glass of water. At least they did bring my food to the table, but I didn’t receive any follow-up to see how my meal was. I won’t be returning. I visited around 11:30 AM, and it wasn’t busy at all.
