Bubble Play Café

Love this little cafe, the staff are always super friendly and the desserts and bubble tea are great! The soft play is a great size and it is just a really cosy place where you don't have to worry about your kids.

I have only given a star as there is no option for zero stars!!! The staff were rude and inconsiderate I was made to feel pressured and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in! We had booked but they then told us there were too many adults (3) to the amount of children (2 and 1 infant)!? Trying to change my baby in the smallest nappy change in the world I couldn’t hardly fit in there with the nappy change unit down! The whole place looked like a health risk! It was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. We stayed as we couldn’t just tell the children they couldn’t go in the play area after we had already got there. The sign on the door encourages to be kind to staff… tell the staff to be kind to the customers!!! Will NEVER be returning.

Awful breakfast. Came out to table in fits and starts. Long wait and did not get all drinks before food. Eggs all hard. Vastly overpriced. 2 star as nothing wrong, just very poor value.

My friend and I had a breakfast at bubble play Thursday. She found a hair in her food so didn 't want to eat it. Waitress took it back, saying she could get some refund Saw chef. He was so arrogantly rude. Said what colour hair n where was the food. Told her he cannot do anything Wasn 't happy. Wont be going back. Poor customer service

The food is really good, especially for waffles and pancakes. They do one of the best bubble tea in Bristol. Is the ideal place for kids, they have a playing area dedicated. Also a selection of food for kids is available. The guys from staff are always nice and welcome everyone who comes in with a smile
