I got the Omakase set $89! Bonito, salmon and octopus carpaccio, red sea bream, bonito, amberjack and silver cod? sashimi, steamed egg custard with plump shrimp, salmon roe, tuna, horse mackerel, alfonsino, red sea bream, blackthroat sea bream, engawa nigiri sushi, miso soup with plenty of large clams, and finally green tea and vanilla ice cream. We had a chocolate cake that was melted?Everything was fresh, carefully made and absolutely delicious! ! Personally, carpaccio, red sea bream, amberjack, homemade soy sauce marinated salmon roe, and horse mackerel were the best! I like shrimp, so it's a bit disappointing that there is no shrimp! It's an omakase set, so I think the toppings depend on the fresh fish of the day! At the end, I was happy to have warm green tea and a gorgeous dessert. The store is beautiful, the customer service is good, and I am satisfied!
Great place for Sushi nothing fancy but the food is goodParking: good location
Fukanoya is a gentle, homey, and relaxing spot to enjoy sushi and sashimi. We had nami nigiri and chirashi. I would say taste itself is something that is quite expected. Fish are very fresh and do not have any fishy smell or taste to it. I definitely do recommend to visit here if you are in town especially if you want to relax. But it is pretty pricey for the food. Chirashi, I definitely recommend for sure!!!
