The Melting Pot - Harbor Creek

Great service, great attention to gluten and shellfish allergies. This is our third time dining here during visits to Savannah. Server (manager) remembered us from previous visits. Very friendly/personable.

First off the waitress was terrible. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there at all and treated us like she was in a rush the entire time. I booked ahead for our time slot and I even picked the flower selection and they still gave us the wrong flowers. I reserved for the ultimate experience and the waitress made everything the complete opposite it was honestly disappointing because we loved it when we came before and only did the base course so this time we just knew we would enjoy it and it definitely has us skeptical on coming ever again like we had planned to do on birthdays. For the price you pay for this experience you would expect to at least have good-great service and it wasn't like they were busy in there or under staffed because we were 1 of 3 couples in the restaurant

A really good and tasty experience. The Melting Pot is a really cool experience that I must recommend. We got seated and ordered the Alpine and it was so delicious. The mixes of the different cheeses were really good and all of the little bites we got with it to dip in the cheese worked really well with each other. After the cheese fondue, we got our salads and it was a good Caesar Salad. I thought it was enjoyable and light. The other person in my party got the Strawberry Arugula Salad and they thought it was very fresh and light as well. For our Entree we got the Classic and Steak Lovers. The classic has many options: Herb crusted Chicken, Teriyaki beef, Shrimp, Pork, etc. The steak lovers has many different steaks including the Teriyaki Steak form the Classic. It was really good. With our entrees we got different sauces to dip our meats in and they were really good. It was also super simple to cook all of them it only took 2 minutes for each piece of meat. For our dessert we got the Banana Foster. This was a nice ending to our meal. It came with some fruit and other sweet treats. It was nice and when it came out our waiter set it on fire which was pretty cool. All in all I must recommend the Melting Pot not just for the food but for the experience as well.

It's always a fun time going here. The youngest daughter loves this place, hence the reason we go. Our server was Delaney. She's a wonderful, delectable little cookie! Absolutely loved her personality and service, she made our night more special with her presence!

The food was very nice. The tables were clean and the bathrooms were clean. The service over all was very nice and I hope to eat there again.
