This pilot has had multiple problems with their showers. In the 10 months I 've passed through here several times, not once have the showers been available or operating. Each time there 's always issues regarding the towels being used up. When I asked tonight if showers would be available again within 24 hours, a store clerk responded with a shrug of the shoulders and a ehhh I don 't know . I had to explain, for some odd reason, that I 'm traveling and trying to plan accordingly. Then more description of the current issue is shared. It could have been a very simple situation of being told they 'd be ready again in an hour or two max. Rather...it was ehhh, I don 't know when in reality that 's just a lazy response with no consideration for the fact that a lot of people who stop into these are traveling. Literally. Just like truckers. This place needs help fixing their issues. It 's absurd how bad this location is and it 's one of the worse in the country by far. I can definitely say that considering I travel around the country full time and constantly go to places like Pilot.

This place is by far the worst (not just Pilots) gas station I ever saw in my life. And as a professional drive, we've been places.Laundry corner is absolutely disgusting. On a shower a wait time is hourse, not because it's because, but because no one is working, no one is cleaning it. While few girls behind the register gossip, and visibly annoyed while you are approaching the register.There is few other locations in the area, few other stations in this area, AVOID THIS ONE. Absolutely disgusting!!!

January 12th around 7:30 p.m. I walked in with a burrito that I have purchased at this location. the first bite tasted okay but the second bite was horrid and almost made me throw up. when I return the burrito the customer service person said there was nothing that she could do for me. she said because it was half eaten she would not give me a refund. I informed her that most of the other half was laying in the parking lot after I spit it out. the girl became very rude with me. after the complaint wasn't handled and the person got rude with me for some reason they expected me to stay calm. when I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager. she said because you ate part of it I can't help you. I said if I'd eaten the entire thing and got sick from it I will still brought it back and expected a refund. I'm not sure who would lose thousands of dollars worth of fuel purchases over a bad burrito.

They're always so packed there's no truck parking anywhere, ever. It's impossible to even find bobtail parking. Forget it.

Horrible truck stop half the pumps dont work. Yard is a f mess. Avoid this s hole
