Today was the first time I ordered from this location via the app. This is a location I will continue to come to not only do they offer a frequent customer punch card but the staff makes you feel valued. When I picked up my order the young lady said she had included a cookie. The cookie was personalized with a thank you message. The little gesture goes a long way with me. I also like that with the hot sandwiches they also wrap them in foil first to help keep them warm. The subway on Sepulveda and Western is one of the best subways I have ever been to grading service and quality!!!
Do NOT make mobile app order with this place! It took me 30min to get my sandwich because they would serve in-person customers first. What is the point of making pre-order if I was there for the entire 20min?? Watching new orders get made. I could also simply stand in a line and have my order made right away. This is non sense.
Got the worst food poising of my life here. I've been sick for 5 days now and I'm barley recovering. I tried calling today just to inform the manager so this doesn't happen to anyone and no one picks up the phone. Please avoid at all cost. Update : they answered the phone and offered me another sandwich nooo thanks
They do not change their gloves, the sandwiches look sad. expects more sweet in a veggie sandwich. this is what they get when people who are not eating sandwiches are hired to make them.
